I see what you're saying..but aren't we given this emotion, this instinct for a reason? Going back to our ancestors..if they didnt have 'fear', then we wouldnt have evolved as they would've been eaten by wild animals! fear gives us adrenalin and the means to act (often fast!) in whatever way we should at that particular time.
..and what about the instictive fear we get when we feel something's not right?..it's only natural to act on it..this can be life-saving!
yes all is purrfect, and each and every feeling should be acknowledged. if we are true to ourselves they are there for a reason.
