Has anyone had any experiences with stoping time and manifesting something to 3d from your conscious?
And how did you know that you did stop time... what was felt, seen, heard or not heard when it happened?

Tue, March 25, 2008 - 8:47 AMdidnt stop it but slowed it way down once. It was sureal...odd. My sesnes seemed greatly heightened and I was able to take a good deal of notice of the things around me. It lasted for about 1/2 an hour or so. I haven't done it since. But am thinking of doing it again

Tue, March 25, 2008 - 9:14 AMI guess I would describe it more like "stepping out of time" . . . there is a speed change; time runs different in the otherworld . . . usually a sound change, ringing, humming, clarity, crispness, real . . . sound and light quality shift . . . the ordinary reality is all around, but there is something else, something unseen and known at the same time . . . Now manifesting in 3-d is subject to interpretation . . . I have seen the unseen, sensed in every way the presence of the unknown . . .

Tue, March 25, 2008 - 10:53 PMI like that, thats the best discription so far that I can take... yes, Id say very much that is was clarity, crispness, there was no sound, I heard silence and thats how I knew something changed, then the speed caught up, like I was on a loop or in a string being pulled back, almost like rerunning a tape backwards, and the sound came back like an ocean wave crashing... then a wisp. Pretty Sweet Ive been always working on doing this again.. and so far something is happening.. its like learning how to ride a streaming river without disturbing the water.. ya know? -

Wed, March 26, 2008 - 8:41 AMI am working with the idea of being "present" and awake at all times and seeing that the Otherworld is here all the time, interwoven with this world . . . further, that as we develop an awareness that we can easily shift between these spaces, and by observing the conditions of these spaces know where we are . . . I am working on it anyways . . .

i was sitting quietly...then there was a rush of sound and dancing colored lights around me...
…and then suddenly there was no sound...
i called out to a friend of mine, but no sound came...
then my friend’s silhouette appeared before me... sort of like a halo of back light... but my friend appeared completely transparent...
when i relaxed, the sound i was trying to make came... but in this place of no-sound it was translated into a flash and a force... we bounced off of each other and were flung back to this place
