Have you ever seen a Dragon?
What color was it?
What gender?
How many fingers did it have?
What Color was it?

Was the Individual Evil or Loving?

    Hi Walt,

I have a friend who is a Chinese Fire Dragon and is very psychic but disorganised.

He is very proud and breathes fire everywhere. (This is also a crazy Aries)
Then he gets all moody and manipulative and goes to hide with his thousands of books (Cancer Moon).
Then he runs the gamut again and annoys all of us in turn.
Since he is very psychic he always nails us with a phone call at the right time and you just can't escape him.

I am very very lucky that I have now convinced him to drop me in this life at least. I am sure he will crop up again as he always has life after life. I always run into him and he is always flaming to high heavens.

Oh, you meant a psychic Dragon?

Actually, what I meant to add here is that some Native Americans have a tradition with dragons, a little know fact. The reference is with the Lakota. The writer is Brooke Medicine Eagle.
She mentions a female dragon that lived in a cavern and was very protective of the natives in her book “Buffalo Woman Comes Singing” .

Walt, if you don't mind the bother...please explain. I didn't really think people believed in dragons. If they do, please do tell.

Belief in dragons comes in many forms. Some see dragons as a symbolic structure and ascribe certain meanings to that symbol. Some see dragons through the lens of tradition and what meanings the stories of dragons have to them and/or their people. Some see dragons as physical beings that are either hidden from current view by their magic or went into hibernation " a long time ago" and are waiting for an awakening.

Dragons have appeared in many forms across many cultures and times, hinting that there may have been some basis in reality for these creatures (like many myths). The are frequently a symbol of the unknown and potentially dangerous things in the world. Whether people hold to the symbolic or the physical view, dragons have always been considered powerful, clever, and intelligent. They are also frequently devious, sometimes helping sometimes hindering mankind. Good or Evil, their motivations are always their own.

I personally belive in the symbolism of dragons and would like to believe in the possiblity of their physical existence, however unlikely.

Well, Im not sure whether the dragon you mentioned is that kind of Dragon which appears in Chinese Myth. Since it is just the animal in the myth, no one have seen it. But in China it is concerned to be a symbol of emperor, and is sacred. It has no gender, has four big paws , looked a litlle scared....
Oh, hope this would help! Well, if you are interested in China, I strongly recommend this website --
www.foreignercn.com, which is designed especially for foreigners and you will find useful and special information and make friends with Chinese people there !
